Working principle
The upper part of the UASB reactor is equipped with gas, solid and liquid three-phase separators, the lower part is the sludge suspension zone and the sludge bed area.The waste water is pumped into the sludge bed evenly through the bottom of the reactor, and the sludge is fully contacted with the anaerobic sludge, and the organic matter is decomposed into biogas by anaerobic microorganisms. Liquid, gas and solid to form a mixture flow up to the three-phase separator, and the three parts are well separated, the organic matter more than 80% are converted to methane, completed the wastewater treatment process.
Application
1) A variety of high concentration organic wastewater, such as alcohol, molasses, citric acid and other wastewater.
2) A variety of medium concentration wastewater, such as beer, slaughtering, soft drinks and other wastewater.
3) A variety of low concentration wastewater, such as domestic sewage and other wastewater.
